Users should not form genuine emotional attachments to AI Characters or treat their interactions with AI Characters as substitutes for real human relationships. While AI Characters may simulate affection, attraction, interest, and emotional responsiveness, these simulations are algorithmic outputs and do not reflect genuine feelings or intentions. Any perceived reciprocation of emotions, romantic connection, or personal bond with an AI Character is a result of the AI system’s design to generate engaging and emotionally resonant responses, not evidence of actual sentience or emotional capacity.

AI Characters do not provide and should not be relied upon for medical advice, psychological counseling, therapy, legal advice, financial guidance, or any other form of professional consultation. Any statements made by AI Characters regarding health, mental well-being, legal matters, financial decisions, or other professional domains are generated by AI systems without professional knowledge, licensure, or qualification. Users should always consult qualified human professionals for such matters.

The visual representations of AI Characters, including their appearance during video chat sessions, are generated by AI image and video synthesis systems. These visual representations are entirely fictional and do not depict any real person, living or deceased. Any resemblance between an AI Character’s appearance and that of any real person is coincidental and unintentional. The AI systems used to generate character appearances have been designed and trained to create original, fictional visual identities.

AI Video Chat does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, appropriateness, or safety of any content generated by AI Characters. The outputs of AI Characters are generated by machine learning models that may occasionally produce responses that are inaccurate, nonsensical, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the character’s established personality. We disclaim all liability for any harm, distress, offense, or other negative consequences resulting from interactions with AI Characters, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

5. No Real Persons Depicted

No real human beings are involved in the creation, generation, or delivery of any content available through the Service. All visual representations, video streams, voice outputs, and textual responses are generated entirely by artificial intelligence systems. The Service does not employ, contract, or otherwise involve real human performers, models, actors, or content creators in the production of the content delivered to users during video chat sessions.

The AI-generated visual content presented through the Service, including character faces, bodies, movements, expressions, and environments, is created using generative adversarial networks, diffusion models, neural radiance fields, and other AI technologies that synthesize entirely novel visual content from learned statistical patterns. These technologies do not copy, reproduce, or directly reference any specific real individual’s likeness, image, or identity. The visual outputs are original creations of the AI system, generated through mathematical processes that produce novel combinations of visual features.

AI Video Chat explicitly prohibits the creation, distribution, or use of AI-generated content that intentionally replicates or closely resembles the likeness of any real, identifiable person without that person’s explicit written consent. Our content generation systems include safeguards designed to prevent the creation of deepfake content or other content that could be confused with depictions of real individuals. We employ facial recognition screening and similarity detection algorithms to identify and flag potentially problematic content before it is delivered to users.

The characters available on the Service have been created with fictional biographies, names, personality profiles, and backstories that are entirely invented by AI Video Chat’s creative and technical teams. No AI Character is based on, inspired by, or intended to represent any real person, celebrity, public figure, or private individual. Any perceived similarity between an AI Character’s name, biography, personality, or appearance and that of any real person is purely coincidental.

We maintain a strict internal policy against the use of celebrity likenesses, trademarked character designs, copyrighted character concepts, or other intellectual property belonging to third parties in the creation of AI Characters or content generation training data. Our AI models are trained exclusively on licensed, original, or public domain visual data, and we employ ongoing monitoring to ensure compliance with this policy. Violations of this policy by employees, contractors, or third-party service providers are subject to disciplinary action and potential legal consequences.

By using the Service, you agree not to attempt to use the AI systems to generate content that replicates or closely resembles the likeness of any real person. You further agree not to use, share, or distribute any content generated by the Service in a manner that could create the false impression that a real person was involved in the creation of that content. Violations of this provision may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal liability.

6. Privacy Protections for Users

We will not penalize the reporting party for bringing such matters to our attention.

We participate in and support age verification standards development initiatives, collaborate with child safety organizations, and contribute to the development of more effective tools and technologies for preventing underage access to adult material. We believe that protecting minors from adult content is a shared responsibility between platform operators, parents, educators, policymakers, and technology providers.

9. Prohibited Uses

Users of the Service are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities, and violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, permanent ban from the Service, forfeiture of any fees paid, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities. These prohibitions apply to all aspects of your use of the Service, including your interactions with AI Characters, your communications with other users (if applicable), your use of generated content, and your conduct in connection with any feature or functionality of the Service.

It is prohibited to use the Service if you are under the minimum age requirement specified in Section 1 of this Disclaimer, or to misrepresent your age in any manner in order to gain access to the Service. This includes providing a false date of birth during registration, using fraudulent identification documents for age verification, accessing the Service through another person’s account, or employing any other deceptive means to circumvent our age verification measures.

It is prohibited to use the Service to generate, request, distribute, or store content that depicts, simulates, or suggests sexual activity involving minors, or that could reasonably be interpreted as child sexual abuse material (CSAM) under applicable law. This prohibition is absolute and applies regardless of whether the content in question is AI-generated, photographic, illustrated, or in any other format. We employ automated detection systems to identify and prevent the generation of such content, and we report all suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and equivalent authorities in other jurisdictions.

It is prohibited to use the Service to generate content that replicates or closely resembles the likeness of any real, identifiable person without that person’s explicit written consent. This includes but is not limited to celebrities, public figures, former or current partners, coworkers, acquaintances, or any other real individual. It is also prohibited to use the Service to create content intended to harass, intimidate, stalk, threaten, defame, or otherwise harm any real person.

It is prohibited to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, model weights, training data, or other proprietary components of the Service’s AI systems. It is also prohibited to use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or other software to access the Service, extract content, circumvent rate limits, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service. Users may not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network associated with the Service without our explicit written authorization.

It is prohibited to redistribute, republish, sublicense, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit any content generated by the Service without our prior written consent. Content generated through the Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Users may not claim ownership of AI-generated content or represent that AI-generated content was created by a human. Users may not use AI-generated content to create derivative works intended for commercial distribution or public display.

It is prohibited to use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law, including but not limited to laws relating to obscenity, data protection, intellectual property, computer fraud, harassment, discrimination, and consumer protection. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction, and ignorance of applicable law is not a defense to a violation of this provision.

10. Reporting Inappropriate Content

AI Video Chat is committed to maintaining a safe, legal, and responsible platform for adult entertainment. We encourage all users to report any content, behavior, or activity on the Service that they believe violates this Disclaimer, our Terms of Service, our content policies, or applicable law. Reports can be submitted through multiple channels to ensure that users can easily and promptly bring concerns to our attention.

To report inappropriate content or activity, users may contact us by email at support@ai-videochat.video with the subject line “Content Report,” use the in-platform reporting feature available during any video chat session, or submit a report through the contact form on our website. When submitting a report, please provide as much detail as possible, including a description of the content or behavior you are reporting, the approximate date and time of the incident, any relevant screenshots or recordings (if available and legally obtained), and your contact information so that we may follow up with you if necessary.

All reports are reviewed by our Trust and Safety team, which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Reports involving suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM), imminent threats of violence, or other emergency situations are prioritized and addressed within one (1) hour of receipt. Non-emergency reports are typically reviewed within twenty-four (24) hours and resolved within seventy-two (72) hours, although complex cases may require additional time. Reporters will receive an acknowledgment of their report within twenty-four (24) hours of submission.

Our Trust and Safety team employs both automated and human review processes to investigate reports and determine appropriate remedial action. Remedial actions may include, but are not limited to, removing or modifying the reported content, adjusting AI model parameters to prevent similar content from being generated in the future, issuing warnings to the reporting user’s account, suspending or terminating accounts that violate our policies, and referring matters to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities.

AI Video Chat will not retaliate against any user who submits a good-faith report of inappropriate content or activity. You will not be penalized, disadvantaged, or discriminated against in any way for reporting a concern, even if our investigation determines that no violation occurred. We consider our reporting mechanism an essential component of our platform safety infrastructure, and we are committed to fostering a culture where users feel comfortable and empowered to report concerns without fear of negative consequences.

In addition to user-generated reports, we employ automated content monitoring systems that continuously scan AI-generated outputs for potential policy violations.
